"Kurt and his company Vivid Built completed a renovation of our Victorian-era house in Randwick in December 2023. Our house is in a heritage zone and the work included cosmetic restoration to the front part of the house which remained, in keeping with the period features, and new build to extend the ground floor and add a first floor. The new build included addition of two bathrooms, a bedroom, rumpus room, walk in robe, laundry, butler’s pantry and balcony. Kurt was present throughout the renovation; he was thorough and considered when potential issues were identified (such as damaged brickwork in the old part of the house) and responsive when we requested changes to our plans along the way. We were impressed with the quality of workmanship throughout the renovation and could not be more pleased with the finished work from both a structural and aesthetic perspective. We are grateful for the work done by Kurt and all the tradespeople he brought to our renovation, and would strongly recommend Vivid Built to others who are looking to transform their home.."
